We are thrilled to confirm that the 4th edition of the Modern Methods of Construction Awards will take place on Thursday 21 May 2026.

Following an overwhelmingly successful 2025 event and continued record-breaking demand, we are proud to return to The Grand Hotel Birmingham—a venue befitting the scale and ambition of our sector. As the industry goes from strength to strength, so too does the reach and recognition of the MMC Awards.

This prestigious event brings the modern methods of construction industry together to celebrate the most forward-thinking, impactful, and transformative projects and approaches over the past year. From modular innovations to offsite excellence, the afternoon honours those reshaping the built environment.

Held in partnership with the Modular and Portable Building Association (MPBA), the MMC Awards continue to shine a spotlight on the people, organisations, and ideas pushing construction into the future.
